We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after engraving is completed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will promptly review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

- Hand wash only — Even though the tumblers are dishwasher proof, we do not recommend placing them in the dishwasher.
