• Any unauthorized use of protected material will result in the cancellation of the order.

Return & Refund Policy

At JRL From My Garage, each item is handcrafted and many products are personalized specifically for you. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalized and engraved products, all personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, names, dates, and customization details before production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• A repair

• A refund, at our discretion

Non-Personalized Items

Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they:

• Are unused and in original condition

• Include original packaging

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production, engraving, printing, or customization has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Color & Material Variations

Due to the nature of wood, engraving, handcrafted products, and screen displays:

• Wood grain, color, and engraving depth may vary slightly.

• Product colors may appear different depending on screen settings.

• Minor variations are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

JRL From My Garage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we will gladly assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues whenever possible.
