Each cutting board is made specially for you, featuring your uploaded photo, logo, or personalized design.
Before engraving begins, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the final layout for your approval.
Engraving will only start after your confirmation — ensuring your design looks exactly the way you want it.
All Sales Are Final
Because each cutting board is custom engraved, all sales are final once your design has been approved.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after engraving is completed.
Please double-check your spelling, image quality, and design details before confirming your proof.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will promptly review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Damage caused by misuse, cutting misuse, or improper care is not covered.
Product Care
To preserve your custom engraving and extend the life of your cutting board:
Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water.
Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
Dry immediately with a soft towel after washing.
Periodically apply food-grade mineral oil or board conditioner to maintain the wood’s natural beauty.
Avoid placing hot pans or using harsh chemicals on the engraved surface.
