Each business card is made specially for you, featuring your uploaded photo, logo, design and information.
Before printing begins, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the final image layout for your approval.
Final product printing will only start after your confirmation — this ensures your design looks exactly the way you want it.
All Sales Are Final
Because each business card is custom printed, all sales are final once your design has been approved.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after printing is completed.
Please double-check your spelling, image quality, and design details before confirming your proof.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will promptly review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not covered.

Avoid abrasives: Do not scrub or use harsh cleaners, alcohol, or acetone — they can damage the printed surface.
Clean gently: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
Keep it dry: Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture; the NFC chip is water-resistant but not waterproof.
Store carefully: Keep your card in a wallet, card holder, or protective sleeve to prevent scratches.
Avoid heat: Don’t leave your card in direct sunlight or inside a hot car for extended periods.
