Return Policy
Because our candles include customized elements (engraved wooden lid and/or wooden box), all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless:

The item arrives damaged, or

There is an error on our part with the personalization.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review your case.
Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be processed at our discretion.
Care Instructions

Always remove the candle from the wooden box before lighting.

Place the candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface away from drafts.

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use to promote a cleaner burn.

Allow the top layer of wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn to prevent tunneling.

Keep the wooden lid and box away from direct flame, heat, and moisture.

Burn within sight.
Keep away from flammable objects.

Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
